Barrel Aged Specialty Beers
Our Coronado Collection is a limited release of our barrel aged beers.
Our first release in 2011 was a Barley Wine brewed with brown sugar and orange blossom honey that was aged for six months in oak brandy barrels.
The Coronado Collection is still in it's infancy but we plan on expanding our barrel program at our Knoxville St. brewing facility and aim to have multiple releases throughout each year.
