Gabardine is teaming up with us on Wednesday, May 30th for an unforgettable 4-course pairing dinner! Each beer, from Stout to IPA, will be paired with a mouthwatering dish from Chef Chad White. Beer aficionados, as well as fans of Gabardine’s Portuguese inspired food, won’t want to miss this special event.

Here is the full menu:

Course One
White corn soup with crab & jalapeño hush puppy
Beer: Golden Ale

Course Two
Braised pork belly fried sweet potato, mustard greens & pineapple-raisin glaze
Beer: Orange Ave Wit

Course Three
Chicken fried steak/Fried okra, hopping John, pickle jelly, mustard gravy
Beer: IPA

Course Four
Chocolate pecan “candy” bar
Beer: Blue Ridge Coffee Stout
